We saw teams losing customers to broken WhatsApp workflows.
We were running customer ops ourselves — shared phones passed around the office, replies copied from spreadsheets, and a daily fire-drill of missed conversations. Every WhatsApp tool we tried felt like it was built by someone who had never actually answered a customer.
So we started GAP3 and built WBIZ.IN — the platform we wished existed. It's opinionated, fast, and built entirely on the official Meta Cloud API. No grey-market shortcuts.
We're just getting started. WBIZ is our first product, and we're building it like it's for us — because it is.
