We want you to be delighted. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Free plan
WBIZ.IN offers a free plan with no charges. Since there is nothing to pay on the free plan, there is nothing to refund.
2. Paid plans
If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then and no further charges are made. Refunds for the current billing period are available on request within 7 days of the charge. Contact us at kanti@gap3.co to request a refund.
3. WhatsApp conversation fees
Meta bills conversation fees directly and these are not refundable through us. For disputes related to Meta charges, please contact WhatsApp Business support.
4. How to request a refund
Email kanti@gap3.co from the email address registered on your account. We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
5. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before raising a chargeback — the vast majority of issues are resolved faster in direct conversation.
